Wie klingt Lernen? In der 2B wurde Englischunterricht zu einem besonderen Erlebnis voller Rhythmus, Bewegung und Kreativität. Im Rahmen des Themas „Music“  und „Music in the nursery school“ beschäftigten sich die Schülerinnen und Schüler mit Instrumenten, Musikgenres und andere musikalischen Ausdrucksformen.

Dabei lernten sie kreative Ideen für den Kindergarten kennen – von Musicograms und Rhythmograms bis hin zu Body Percussion – und konnten viele rhythmische Übungen selbst ausprobieren und aktiv mitmachen. Außerdem sprachen die Schülerinnen und Schüler über ihre Lieblingsstellen in Liedern und interpretierten diese auf kreative und künstlerische Weise.

Ein spontaner Höhepunkt der Stunde entstand ganz nebenbei: Gemeinsam wurde der türkische Volkstanz Halay ausprobiert. Gerade solche ungeplanten Momente zeigen oft besonders eindrucksvoll, wie bereichernd gemeinsames Lernen sein kann. Musik wurde dabei nicht nur gehört, sondern durch Bewegung, Rhythmus und Gemeinschaft erlebt.

Music, Movement and English: A Creative Lesson in 2B

What does learning sound like? In class 2B, the English lesson turned into a lively experience full of rhythm, movement and creativity. As part of the topic “Music” and “Music in the nursery school“, the students explored different instruments, music genres and other musical traditions.

They also discovered creative ideas for use in nursery school settings, including musicograms, rhythmograms and body percussion, and actively took part in rhythmic activities themselves. In addition, the students talked about their favourite parts of songs and interpreted them in creative and artistic ways.

One special highlight happened completely spontaneously: together, the class tried the Turkish folk dance Halay. Moments like these often become the most memorable ones, showing how enriching shared experiences and spontaneous learning can be. Music was not only heard, but experienced through movement, rhythm and community.
